For this project, we remodeled the entire garage. We removed the AC unit and Water Heater. We installed a new AC in the attic and a new Exterior Tankless Water Heater outside. We removed the concrete step into the house and installed new doors. We wired and installed new lighting. We reframed the back area of the garage to hold a freezer and laundry area. We installed all new drywall, mudded, primed and painted. We also removed the old garage door and opener and installed new, including a side opener so it eliminated the opener on the ceiling. We also leveled the floor and installed Epoxy Flooring. We built custom cabinetry around the washer dryer.
