On this home, we converted an outdoor patio space into a Master Bathroom.
Project included: Digging into foundation to run new plumbing across house to new bathroom area. Filling in, and evening out the sub floor. Demo of current walls. Frame room walls, insulate, dry wall, mud, prime & paint walls. Reinforce sky light. Install new window and build new exterior wall. All plumbing and electrical work for room. Install new bathtub and custom tile all walls and around tub. Install vanity, toilet and new mirrors. Install new flooring. Install recessed lighting and pocket door.
