For this project, the client wanted to remove a full bathroom downstairs and replace it with a small office area and a powder room. We removed the entire old bathroom down to the studs. Then, we moved the plumbing for the new powder room, reframed entire area, installed new electrical, drywall, pocket door and replaced old exterior door with a window. We also installed in new drywall, mud, prime and paint for whole area. Then, we custom built a floating vanity, desk and shelves. Lastly, we put all the finishing touches on everything from flooring, custom baseboards, trim, caulking, etc.
